FERN EXPOSITIONS

For all your decorating and labor and tow motor needs, be on the lookout for a New Account Invitation for The Cincinnati Home + Garden Show from Fern OneView.

Through OneView, Fern’s online exhibitor service portal, you can access information, order, view, track and collaborate with your team on all the elements required to ensure you have a successful event.

First time users are prompted to set up their password, which will be used for all events where Fern is the General Service Provider.

Returning users are prompted to sign in using their email address and previously created password. If you have forgotten your password, you may simply click on “forgot your password” and follow the instructions.

2026 Fees

• $175/day for on-site consumable items (fudge, meat/cheese, salty snacks, etc.)

• $25/day for items that are NOT consumable on-site (i.e. salsa, seasoning, barbecue sauce, etc.)

Move-In

You will receive an email from our team with your designated move-in time. Below are the general hours.

GENERAL MOVE-IN HOURS:

MONDAY	February 16, 2026	1:00 PM - 8 PM	Vehicles off the show floor at 6 PM, can work in building until 8 PM
TUESDAY	February 17, 2026	8:30 AM - 8 PM	Vehicles off the show floor at 6 PM, can work in building until 8 PM
WEDNESDAY	February 18, 2026	8:30 AM - 8 PM	Vehicles off the show floor at 6 PM, can work in building until 8 PM
THURSDAY	February 19, 2026	8:30 AM - 8 PM	Vehicles off the show floor at 1 PM, can work in the building until 8 PM

*Please note, all vehicles must be off the floor at 6 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. All vehicles must be off the floor at 1 PM on Thursday.*

MPE Exhibit/Product Acceptability Standards For 2025 (USA)

Effective January 1, 2024. Marketplace Events (MPE) acceptability standards do not permit political candidates, parties or other groups promoting issues or ballot initiatives to participate as exhibitors. In addition, the display or sale of any products or services that are political/partisan in nature or that can be interpreted to promote, incite, or glorify hatred, violence, racial, sexual, or religious intolerance are prohibited. MPE’s judgment in applying these standards will be final.

MPE shows are welcoming environments built solely to encourage face-to-face commerce. Creating respectful, safe marketplaces where our attendees and exhibitors can come together to learn, shop, compare pricing and do business together is our highest priority. MPE maintains these policies to ensure hospitable experiences for all attendees and exhibitors.
